Three principal investigators and one PhD candidate from TRR225 successfully represented our research at the Annual Meeting of the German Society for Biomaterials (DGBM), held from October 9–11, 2025, in Dresden.
Dr. Detsch gave a talk on bio-inks for inkjet printing and presented a joint poster showcasing results on the biological characterization of bioactive glass fibers. Prof. Boccaccini co-chaired the session Bioactive Glasses and also chaired a plenary session featuring keynote speaker Prof. Cecilia Persson (Sweden). Prof. Jüngst co-chaired the Bioprinting session, while Dr. Detsch was co-chair of the Organoids and Cancer Models session.
In addition, the TRR225 was represented with a booth presenting all subprojects and research focuses of our consortium.
