From April 4 to 6, 2019, a delegation of students from Universidad Tecnológica de Pereira, Colombia, attended the FAU's Faculty of Materials Science (WW), sponsored by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD).
The visit was organized by Professor Aldo R. Boccaccini (Head of the Institute of Biomaterials and Chairman of the FAU Department of Materials Science). The hosts were Prof. Kyle Webber (Institute for Glass and Ceramics, FAU) and Dr. Ing. Liliana Liverani (Institute for Biomaterials, FAU).
Dr. Rainer Detsch (B06) also presented the TRR / SFB 225 as part of his lecture on biofabrication.
